I have purchased 1BHK flat at Bhayander east. Building is under construction (4th slab completed) and about to complete it in next 6 months.
builder has already approved the building plan and he got the CC but he is waiting for the N.A documents from last 10 months. My bank is unable to provide the loan without NA documents.
So kindly confirm,
1.how builder can obtain CC without NA approval?
2. Is this legel.
3.Is there any issue in future?
