our building was constructed 10 years before and 5 years later my father buyed it and my father recently died and the issue is our biulding construction is such that it crosses the boundaries and occupies 1 feet of the backward land and this came to light recently when one person buyed that land and he is demanding more amount for that 1 feet and we are unable to pay that amount.my question is if we are unable to pay that amount and if he goes to court,will the court issue him rights break the constructed home....or if court will propose any cost for that...what further actions he can take legally on us.....i am from india and our land size is 60*30 but it is 61*30 including one feet of backward land...please suggest the legal acts and procedure to step forward to settle this problem in court......because discussion is already over and the person does not listen to any one and do not come for settlement........plz suggest complete details we can proceed to settle it in court......i am from india andhra pradesh
