Building sports complex in an industrial plot

Hi All,

Is it possible for me to construct and run a sports complex/Basketball club with courts in an industrial plot. The plot is in a UPSIDC zone in Ghazibad, Uttar Pradesh.

You have to seek permission from UPSIDC authority for building sports complex in Industrial plot.
