I feel MBA [HR] would be most appropriate for you as it also deals with various aspects of law cencerning Industrial Disputes Act, Factories Act, Workmen's Compensation Act, companies  etc. and the issues relating to personnel managment...

AS you are thinking to start your own firm I will advice you to take up Post Graduate Program in Business Management by Welinkar Institute of Management. I think this course will certainly help you in establishing and running your own firm.
