I would like to know that, what formalities should foreign company do for purchasing land in gujarat. I have heard that some kind of form 89 applies for such transaction.
Company needs land for setting up of Solar project in Gujarat.
Kindly inform me what are the rules and regulation and what sort of procedure to be followed?
