Buyer not transferring the vehicle on resale
The original buyer of the vehicle has resold to a second buyer, but the second buyer is not transferring the vehicle in his name neither getting it insured and running the same on road.
What steps should the seller take to avoid any liability in case of any misuse of the vehicle and / or any accident etc?
