I have got an offer to buy a property from a registered soceity which is 10yrs old. They have alloted the plots 10 yrs back . There were some plots for whom some people paid advance 10 yrs back and never turned back. In between the society has sent cancellation letters to them. Now the society would like to sell these properties and would allot them in the old date of 10yrs back and will register it now .Will there be any legal complications in buying such property? Can i sell this property after i buy?
