Cancelation of MOU

hi

i am entring mou with purchaser regarding Re-sale of property in three installment.1st 1000000,2nd 1500000 and last for 2650000,the purchaser paid me 1st installment of 1000000 and now they are cancelling MOU with reason for leaving all items which is available in house(i.e moveable furnicher,A.c and other) but my query is that we dont have any written communication for this kind of item which is included in MOU now they cancelling the Agreement(MOU) for this reason,so please advise should i have to refund 1st installment of 1000000 to the purchaser as they cancel MOU

No.  You need not return.  You can go to court for specific performance of the agreement.
