It is an establish law that an employee if withdraws his resignation notice before acceptance that becomes ineffective. The management has no discretion to treat the employee as resigned in that case.

SO, if you want to remain in service of the company,PLEASE DON'T SIGN APPLICATION FOR PF WITHDRAWL/SETTLEMENT DOCUMENT, otherwise the company may take plea that the employee has already settled full & final dues with the intention not to serve the company.

It has already been posted that if resignation is withdrawn before acceptance you stand a good chance, and that your Boss may not necessarily be an authority to accept your resignation, and he might have supplied PF forms on an initiative.

You may ASAP supply the copy of withdrawal of resignation to your reporting, upper, and Head Office under proper acknowledgment.

Still the service conditions applicable in your case may be examined.

You may ASAP show the appointment letter, service conditions, service rules etc to a very able counsel specializing in Labor/service matters at your location.

Online discussions have it’s own limitations.

On account of which type of transparency in that website you wanted me to become its member?

Labor/Service matters is altogether different field of law.

IN each city there a few counsels that specialize in it and they are very well known.

Usually any good and sincere lawyer will refer such matter to counsels that specialize in Labor/Service matters.

You can inquire at Labor Court/CGIT, Civil courts…………….

Employee’s union/Trade Union leaders/members……………………your own family members, well wishers, colleagues, DBA officials, family counsel can guide and help you.

This you need to do on your own.

Avoid posers, blackmailers etc loitering and stalking at many online portals to allure the unsuspecting querists.

You may also download the service rules/conditions that apply in your case or try to get it from some colleague, employee’s union leaders etc.
