My name is Dr. Asgar Fans of kar resident of Maharashtra Ratnagiri.
My daughter applied for caste validity verification certificate in 2013 , but due to non providing of correct documents according to the verification team her caste certificate was invalidated and we were not aware of it as my daughter went abroad for her professional studies.
Lately when we again applied for same by paying a fees of Rs 500/- on the website and providing all the relevant documents, we received a letter asking for clarification on why my daughter should not be charged with IPC section for hiding of facts of invalidation of caste validity and for deceiving the caste verification committee by applying again.
More over, my first neice and first nephew both are daughter and son of my younger brothers do have the caste validated certificate.
Kindly let me know what actions to be taken in order to retrieve the said incorrectly invalidated certificate.
