My father in 2012 died leaving behind his few immovable properties, in 2014 we got decree from court transferring those in the name of my mother. I have certified copy of that court order. Somebody told me that certified copy of court order is not enough , you need to have original court order.I asked my lawyer and he told me that original copy is always in court and only certified copies are issued , can anybody please tell me who is misleading me? the person who told certified copy is not valid or my lawyer.
Thanks
