Hello Everyone,
Please tell me in a money recovery execution if judgement debtor has no means to pay the debt(niether working nor having property ) then what measure he should take.
A. Apply for insolvency
B. Give this information before executing court
C. Any other suggestions from learned counsel.
pls suggest some case laws also.
