Mera name Mohit Patel hai me Jabalpur MP se hu Maine 13 August 2018 ko Jabalpur Engineering college me MCA course me admission liya tha per kuch health me pblm ke Karan me college nhi ja sakta mujhe low heomoglobin or asthama ki pblms hai or college mere Ghar se 16 km dur hai isliye me apna admission cancel Kara raha hu per clg Meri 16000 fees return nhi Kar raha hai
The college should have admitted some one in your place and should have collected such fees from him.
Because of your personal reasons, however genuine your reasons may be, they can not get a candidate in mid academic year.
Thank God, they can even demand for fees of entire course of two years, and still they have not been demanding such fees.
The college action is proper as per NCDRC decision, as irrespective of one student's presence or absence the college should recruit and incur such expenditure, and for no fault of theirs they can not incur expenses.
