Company law

 we had agreed to purchase a land with wind mill and company CEO had give us agreement in his letter head

but he had sold the wind milll for scrap without our knowledge . He is not issueing receipt for the money received from us .We suspect that ceo and broker cheating me and company price he reported to company is less than he received from us .How can we report this scam to the company please help me to solve this problem

If the CEO has received the amount and if you have documentary evidence to prove it then you can issue a legal notice to the company stating that the company has deceived you in the name of sale agreement and sold the windmill to a third party hence to return your money with interest.

Since CEO is representing the company, it is liable

Admittedly, the transaction is that of conveyance of immovable property. Necessarily, the sale ought to have been registered. As such, what is the relevance of agreement, recept etc.?
