I was a contractor for Hafed in Haryana,I engaged labourers for my work & paid them wages as per mw act but later on 51 labourer filed a complaint before authority under MW Act & demanded a amount of Rs. 253000/- as less payment.In this complaint i am a party/respondent but complainant/applicants has claimed payment from Hafed being principal employer & Hafed is first party/respondent in this case.No claim or any payment has claimed from me by the complainants/labourers in the complaint though i am respondent in this case.Am i liable for payment..plz enlighten me with citations...Thankssssss
