Compromise in sec 125 crpc

Dear friends/expert,

Husband and wife stayed separate for 4 months. wife filed a maintenance suit.. interim order granted. Can the parties compromise the matter and stay together as husband and wife :?

Of course .... Ask her to withdraw her case if you both wish to stay happy and genuinely. Wat was the order and what is your mutual decision.... Elaborate for proper advise

Yes but be alert do not withdraw the case first make a compromise before the court in writting with all the necessary condition to leave happly and then implement for 1 month by court order and after then follow the advice of mr. Great india so if u r wife dose not go smoth as per compromise then court can mark whose falt it is. Mo.9924203203.
