I have a owned individual house in Chennai - Ambattur, which am planning to rent it out for commercial purposes. I have received an offer from Financing companies who are interested to use my house.
The company wanted to run theri back office processing like, home loans back office.
I have few questions?
1. What kind of contract should i draft?
2. Is it safe to let the house to companies like these...in what terms should i be very cautious about?
3. Is there any slighters chance that they can cheat me...if so...in what way?? so that i can be cautious,
4. Is there anything else, that i need to do in particular to safegaurd myself and my asset?
