I along with my mother-in-law own our 1st floored apartment. I want to opt out of the Joint deed and retain her as the single owner. What is the procedure and costs incurred? I am residing in Bangalore.
My name in the deed has spelled wrong and this reflects when I pay the yearly tax where I get the receipt. Will this affect the motto of it? as I do not want to document or validate my name change and then apply for a single owner. I could nullify it by opting out of the ownership itself...what say? Please advice..
