Cooperative society registration process

Hello,

I have purchased a flat in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. The occupancy certificate has been received and the builder is going to provide the possession shortly. However before providing the proscession the builder has asked me Rs.45000/- as charges for society formation. Kindly let me know what are the charges paid for society formation. Also whether the same i paid to builder at the time of posession. Please provide the information on priroty.

HI.

I purchase a flat from builder, I had given Rs.10000/- for society documentation charge, Total flat in our apartment is 20 only. Builder have flat 8. We are go for society registration but builder are refuse for society registration. In future I would like to sell my properties please tell me the formalities for the same.

As per agreement builder mention 450 carpet area, But physical it is 565 carpet area, Before purchase the flat one notice come from RTI they measure the area. Please uide me.
