Dear ALL,
I Have purchased a residential land in Bangalore(Bommanhalli BBMP limit) in 2008, & have borrowed money from the bank for the purchase,
Need to get measurement amendment in the sale deed for below said reason & the original documents are with Bank, please advice is the same can been done without original in consent with developer & myself,
Land actual measurement as mentioned below,
North – 30
South – 30
East – 51
West – 42
Total - 1395
Developer has taken average & mentioned as North to south – 30 & east to west - 46.5 in all documents & amendment reqire for plane sanction,
