Hi,
I had purchased a flat in Pune and have done a sell agreement. I applied for Loan from SBI and they returned the file with objection that Address in the sale agreement and Address of Passed plan from Town planning differ.
In the passed plan the builder has named the building as A1, A2 while in the agreement it is written as Building 1, Wing A and My flat no.
Bank has suggested to do a correction deed, and then they can pass the loan.
I want to know:
1. What is the effect of this defference in address in my title to the flat?
2. Should I go for the correction deed?
3. How much the correction deed will cost me?
