Your kind assistance is being sought to identify the section wherein the victim can lodge the FIR against the harrasing person -
A wife of a person is causing nuisance in her sister-in law's married life by dialing her (sister in law's) in-laws and defaming the husband's family and also blaming the sister in law for the mishappenings going on in her (wife's) own married life. This activity she is performing continuously.
The wife has desserted the husband's family since last two months.
Therefore such intimidation is causing nuisance in sister-in law's married life.
