Criteria cultural committee

If in a general body meeting a resolution is passed to form a committee for cultural activities and the members also are also selected respectively to take part in the committee for effectively arranging the cultural activities through the association, then if the resolution is passed by majority, the society may incorporate the same in bylaws.

However an approval from the registrar of cooperative societies is to be sought approving the proposed additional bylaw to make it effective as per law
