Hi Team,
I am staying at Chinchwad, Pune area. I am planning to buy 2 BHK Flat,
I have finalised the property however, confussed for dealing.
reason behind this is, this property is not having NA certificate and on Guthewari.
can someone please advice on on this property.
should i buy this property ???

If it is not NA land then it amounts to agrl., land. You have to veriy the mutution extract along with the other important documents like, how the present owner got the tittle etc.,

Please check zone of said prop. i.e. agri or residential where you are pur. this land, pvt. bankers or co.op bank will fund you.
