Hi
I wish to know what are the Denominations of Non Judicial Stamp Papers [ Range of Denominations ] Available in Pune, Maharasthra
I was told by one of the Stamp Vendor, that Non Judicial Stamp Papers with Denominations of Rs. 100/- and above only are ONLY available and below Rs. 100/- are OUT OF MARKET.
It is required to make a rent agreement.
Also let me know where are those available.
Pease suggest.

It is very bad practice to use judicial stamp papers to make rent agreement, by doing so you are committing crime and the punishment is three years behind bars.
You can make the agreement on plain paper and get it registered in the concerned department of your area and dont go illegal tactic to save money by making it notarised by Notary public which is very much common in the society and the aim is to save money only which is highly immoral as well as illegal.

Well it is necessary for rent agreement to be registered but making such agrement on stamp paper is not illegal. In maharahtra the burden of agreement has been placed on landlord.
So please specify under which law the person can be sent behind bars please.
