derecognition of law colleges

there are two interesting news in two days--1)country needs bare footed lawyers who wl enlight the villegers and deprived people about there legal rights similar to quaks medical practitioner.in wb few thousands post of doctors are lying vacant in health centres.true fact is that quaks are only serving people in remote villages.accept the truth. 1978 i was posted at darjeeling govt hospital, tht time health minister in a meeting  directed cmoh to train all dai ma of remote villages.2)bar councol of india derecogniges twenty law colleges  having inadequate infracture.idea is very good. who wants to stop distance education system?academicians of legal studies have many things to say. pl say now since class room teaching is not every thing in legal practice.

Dear Prof.sc.Pratihar, Nice to haer from you in the forum after  long time. .It is very difficult to be a perfect in Legal profession, but one thing is for sure that half bake lawyers roll out from Law colleges that exist in name only. BCI should deal firmly with such Colleges. Either they should be dercognized or state should support them with all the necessaru funds. For  God sake let us not play with the feature of this Country.
