Different married couple can have sex?

Can a married male have s*x with another married woman? They both had s*x with mutual willing.

After that both of them have quarrel. Then the lady registering the compliant like he got huge money from her and should repay that money (which is not happened). In this case, police also supporting the lady and threatening the male like will file a FIR with rape case. Is it possible?

Police telling like as per law, a male should not have s*x with married female even it was mutual interest.
Is it correct? can they file a case like that?

As she has already registered a case regarding money transaction, that complaint cannot be changed into rape case.  A man cannot have consensual physical relation with a married woman without the consent of her husband and if it has happened, only the husband of married woman has got locus standi to file such complaint.
