Different Name in Property

Hi All,

One of my client had booked one plot in Awas Vikas scheme 20yrs back but with different not belong to any of its family person. By Chance he got the plot and got allocated in the same name. After this he had got that property registered as well.

Now the issue is the name he had written in that property is not his own except that he has his own photo and signatures present in the documents. He has come into problem now as he is not able to sell it off at all.

Can somebody suggest how he can get the clear deed of this property and what are the best possible ways to get rid of this major problem as he had invested lot of amount in this property as well.

1) he may claim declaration from the court that he is the same person appearing in the photograph and the signature is also his signature at the same time he may claim that he booked the plot and he could get declaration of title.
