Dear all
through a delhi high court judgement held by by Justice S Ravinder Bhatt, in month of April 2009 between 15-20 days of month.
I got to know that family consent is not required in marriage solemized under special marriage act 1954.
there is no notice is sent to family members. this thins cause apprehension to many couple.
I am unable to find the full text of that judgement. I surfed the website of Delhi high court.
I will be very much grateful , if anybody help me to locate the full text of judgement.
