Did Digital photographs need Certificate under 64B of Indian Evidence Act.?
While marking of Documents as Exibits the Digital Photographs along with CD's where filed and they had not produce the Certificate under 64B of Indian Evidence Act. it can be marked without Certifacte under 64B of Act.

Digital photographs need to be produced along wqith a Digital Signature certificate or without certificate they can't be marked as exbhibits u/s 64 b.Indian Evidence Act.
