Hi Sir/Madam,
My Father is doing farming from last 30 years in the agricultural land that has come as ancestral property and our neigbhour who is also our close relative is now threatening to block the path that leads to the farm, he say that the path is in his Grand fathers name, but entire village is using that path from last 60 years to go their respective agricultual lands. We are sure that his grandfather when distrubuting the land to all his children the path to the farm is made common for all, but we dont have document for that to prove. And that is the only path to the farm and if that is blocked farmers cannot reach to thier farms to do cultivation. Please suggest how to handle this.
