Is anyone have know how the divorce certificate looks like in Maharashtra.

In India you don't get divorce certificate, but decree of divorce which based on the order and judgment of the Family Court. Moreover the decree of divorce you apply and get for official use is certified copy of the original which remains in the court file, kept in records of the court.
