Divorce petition will be filed under what law?

A marriage was solemnized and Hindu Marriage Act and during the date of Marriage, the registration was completed Special Marriage Act, as the notices of Special Marriage Act was served 1 months ago. Now the moot question is under what law i.e Hindu Marriage Act or Special Marriage Act the Divorce Petition will be filed? I

The marriage is stated to be solemanised under the provisions of Special Marriage Act, obviously same Act shall apply for divorce.

Under Special Marriage Act.  In fact the provisions of both Acts relalting to divorce case are same.
