Does a ll.m college/university need to be recognized with bc

If a state government university is newly formed and one is enrolled in that university. University is formed in 2020 itself and has UGC recognizition and is a state university. As 3yr moratorium is there where BCI is not recognizing new law colleges/university for 3yrs starting 2019. Will it be okay in registering for LL.M from that university?

LLM degree is not under the purview of BCI. BCI is empowered only to regulate the professional LLB course and LLM is not a professional course, it is a master degree which directly comes under the regulation of UGC. Though there are notification issued by BCI on LLM but to my opinion BCI has exceed its legislative powers. Further the recognition of LLM by BCI or scrapping is still under sub-judice.
