Sir/Madam
I have sent a parcel (15 grams Wight) to my daughter some personal items to Delhi by DTDC courier, but the parcel reached their without items (less than 2 grams)
While observing the parcel by my daughter not accepted the parcel.
Repeatedly informed the same to courier people and not responding to mails also?
MY request, How to proceed DTDC courier , legally or otherwise

Gather the emails that you have sent, copy of courier reciept and the tracking statements.
File a case in consumer court by mentioning everything clearly and in detail. DTDC will have to respond once this issue escalated to the consumer court.
