In a co op hsg soc. in Mumbai, A flat is owned by a Private limited company Registered in West Bengal.
A director is staying in the flat with family.Both husband and wife are directors in Pvt. Co.
my queries are :
1) Can director be treated as owner of flat.what is his status.
2) Has any voting rights of him.Can he contest Managing Commitee election.
2)What are the Documents needed to admit him as Member and on which 3 latest category he / she can be admitted.
3) pl. inform relavant Sections of MCS and or Byelaws
