Email and chat evidence

Hope you have exhibited the same using an affidavit u.s 65B of I.E.A.

If so, if they deny, the court can summon gmail/ yahoo to prove the authenticity ot send it to truthlabs or something like that to get it authenticated.

The cross is over. We have not filed the affidavit as per the above mentioned. I have following queries:

1) Can emails and chats get exhibit numbers if some part of them is produced before the court by the other party?We have submitted the entire documents

2) Is there any other means by which we can get them admitted in the court.

Now that the evidence is closed, it can be admitted in rebuttal.

That also only if, the other party refers to some part of it.

Otherwise opportunity lost.

Yes, fortunately, the other party has refered and submitted the part emails and we have submitted the entire emails.

Hope we can get them admitted. Please do pray that truth gets finds its ways.
