Emi default

Sir, pl let me know, if the financier, which had provided me 30 lacs of home in 2007 (for 15 yrs term), can claim the principle amount by way of presenting my cheque, which was given at the time of dispersing the loan.

As on date i'm due about 12 Emi's, and they have not claimed the pending Emi's in the present cheque bounce case.

yes, they can claim the principal amount. Have they filed the case under 138 of negotiable instruments act..?

Dear Client,

prima facie, no one can claim any amount subjected to PDC cheques, as the bank never consider the same.

further in case of any more issue, pls feel free to talk.
