That will depend upon the language and terms and conditions of Bond.

the concept is due to fact that bonded labour is banned in India , you need to mention for  what purpose you are creating the bond. However need to see who is labour,adn what restrictions are imposed through the agreement and wheather company spends to train and taech you skills ; The language and the purpose would matter. The Indian Contract Act applies with its due applicablities.
