My uncle died in 1990. He is having 2 sons and a daughter.Out of 67 cents he was having 10 cents was registered to his elder son. Now the mother and younger son has decided to do the partition of balance 57 cents equally. But the 19 cents allotted to the daughter is having only a 2 metre road which she is not willing to accept.
So both mother and younger brother is threatening the daughter that her partition will be given to the court. Is there any such possibilities.
What shall be done by the daughter to get the appropriate partition
