i had arrear in my law exams so when ever i applying for exam i need to go salem for writing exams so i need any options for changing the examination center, from salem to chennai

first you said that you have completed law degree.  Now you say that " had arrear in my law exams".  God knows which statement of yours is true.

In any case, there is no other go for you than to go to Salem for your examinations.
