Yes, it is legally enforceable agreement.

a Party or office in Indian can insisit that execution aborad by a NRI should be attested by Consulate/Indian Embessy for the proof of execution. This like witnessing the signature.

It may not be valid without witnesses and two witnesses have to be present at the signing of the contract.
