I did not go for the first hearing for the divorce case filed by my wife. In the divorce petition she has mentioned false allegations like i am not earning, i have takan my son (17 yrs old) against hiswill, eloped with household things, jewels, etc. If exparte is provided, what are the consequences with respect to allegations?
