what is the meaning of an order for " expedetious hearing as early as possible "of a trail . I am having such order in the matter, but after laps of five years time the matter is not mooving any further. is there any solution ? I am interested in real contesting of the matter.( this is matter in Co-op Court. The order for expedetious hearing is by co-op appelate court.

File a writ petition before high court and obtain appropriate orders for early disposal of the pending case
