This is Kumar,I need some advice on eye witness.
I own a small partnership firm which is running in loss. 2 days back me and my partner had a fight about a deal which resulted in loss. During the fight my partner slapped me, now I want to file a case of physical assault on him.
But there is no eye witness to it, Expect for Teenage boy from the next building who was watching us fight through the very slightly opened window in my cabin.
My question is can this boy me treated as an eye witness and file a case against my partner.
