My father gave me property through will deed to me , my brother got property from my mother . After my father death , my brother created fake will deed in my father name to claim my property with the help of my cousin brother ( advocate) .after that he sold the property to my cousin brother ( advocate) as per they plan and asking the court to give my property to my cousin. Here real issues is
1. There is no real money transactions takes places between my brother and my cousin's because amount is nearly 15lakhs both are not that much rich I can confidential say that no money transaction takes they just pay registration charges of documents
2 . A Police officer suggest as to complain on my brother that he didn't pay capital gain tax within three year time period to INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT so that they investigate and if they found no transactions it will useful for court . My brother didn't purchase during three years of time 3. Is complaining income tax good or bad ??? Is there any other departments to handle this type of cases ???
