Dear experts,
I have recently got to know that one of my relative may have used my ration card to obtain his passport. I have also found a copy of my ration card serial number bearing the photo of this relative which I think was fraudulently put over the top of my photo.
As I suspected foul play, I had requested the documents of address proof submitted by this relative under RTI act from passport office. They have refused to give it to me.
Now my question is what options I have available. I am not 100% sure but strongly suspect that it has been used by him to obtain a passport with my address on it. But can I file police complaint when I am not 100 % sure.
Please guide me as to what is the best way.
