Hi All,
I have booked flat in one of the famous builders scheme.
I have amount of 1Lakh Rs. as booking amount on 2 May 2011. They have given us a receipt and we have done payment through cheque.
I got severely sick after that and because of that i would like to cancel that booking. As i will not be able to buy flat with such huge amount.
Now i am aksing them to refund the booking amount and they are not giving any firm answer.
They are saying we do not refund the money.
Can you please suggest what is legal action we can take against them? Can we complaint in consumer court?what is property law in such cases?
