hi what happens if a FIR on a gold theft case is open for close to a year ..and no progress has been made what will the next steps be..a clear suspect was provided in the complaint but police not sharing any investsigation details even on RTIs..this is in tamilnadu. what happens next..how to take this forward email has been sent to all higher levels upto ADGP of crime branch. does getting a court direction order helps in anyway.. i want to take this case to any extend it case but just needed a approach.
