fraud by builder

my builder had takenbank  loan against property by mortgaing property in 2oo7 and registered the property was registered without informingthe buyer.He neither paid the loan and bank has declared it as NPA and proceeded to acquire the property as per securitisation act.what is the legal action that can be taken?Now the builder is absconding.

Dear, file the compaint before economic offence wing of your state , also filed the complaint case .get permanent injunction against the builder.
